Shipping

Shipping is free to the lower 48. Larger packages are shipped Fedex ground, smaller packages such as switches or LNBs are shipped first class mail. Orders are shipped usually within 24 hours of placing your order excluding holidays and weekends. Confirmation emails will be mailed out when your order ships.

General Warranty Conditions

All items with the exception of satellite dishes are covered by a one year replacement warranty. Refunds will be issued only during the first 30 days after purchase. Due to the extremely high shipping charges on Satellite Dishes, they are covered by a DOA warranty only. No cash refunds on Dishes under any circumstances. After 30 days from date of purchase, product warranty entails repair or replacement of any defective item. Return shipping costs are solely the responsibility of the Buyer unless otherwise specified. Physical damage to an item voids any and all warranties on that item. Any claims for items damaged in shipping must be made to Seller within 3 business days of receiving the product.
